CHALLENGE

Beckman Coulter has been advancing healthcare for every person for over

80 years by applying the power of science, technology, passion and creativity of their teams to enhance

the diagnostic laboratory’s role in improving healthcare outcomes. With 

rising demand in healthcare, Beckman 

Coulter was looking to raise awareness 

of their innovative solutions to hospital 

and laboratory customers across

Europe, demonstrating how their

clinical laboratory automation systems 

combined with the Danaher Business 

System ‘Total Process Control’ can 

increase operational efficiency and 

workflow productivity. 

STRATEGIC OBJECTIVE

A complete marketing toolkit was required to continue to generate leads and support sales to new customers as well as communicating new innovations to existing customers.

OUR APPROACH

DMA Partners worked with Beckman Coulter to develop a cohesive suite of marketing sales materials. This included a visually impactful, unified global sales PPT presentation which individual sales teams can tailor and adapt to suit specific markets and customer conversations. We also produced a series of four video animations to explain the Total Process Control concept, using simple, clean graphics reflecting the Beckman Coulter visual brand identity to explain how automation can benefit their customer’s business.

BUSINESS RESULTS

The toolkit has been received very positively and is being used both 

internally and externally at major global events, in customer conversations and on social media. We continue to regularly deliver additional sales decks working with the Beckman Coulter marketing team. More videos are also

in the pipeline.
