CHALLENGE

Infare is a leading data and technology company that provides critical benchmarking data to empower pricing intelligence in the airline and travel industry. After a creative agency selection process, Infare chose to collaborate with DMA Partners to refresh their brand. Over 20 years the Infare business had grown to a market-leading position and it was time to bring brand and marketing communication into line with the reality of the market.

STRATEGIC OBJECTIVE

To ensure Infare´s brand was consistent across all customer brand touchpoints with a clearly communicated value-offering to a target audience of airline and travel industry decision-makers.

OUR APPROACH

Beginning with a full day brand-building workshop facilitated by DMA we developed and wrote a new high-level brand story to outline Infare's value  proposition. This has served as the guide on which all internal and external messaging is developed. We then created modern, elegant and practical visual brand guidelines that reflected Infare´s positioning. This was the foundation for subsequent website development and a series of targeted multi-channel communication campaigns.

BUSINESS RESULTS

Our collaboration with Infare has led to increased market recognition for the brand, significant increases in engagement on social media (LinkedIn primarily) and most importantly, a vital element in winning new customer contracts and increasing revenues.
