STRATEGIC BRAND EXPOSURE
FOR INFARE’S OPEN DOOR

CHALLENGE

Virtual interactions, when done well, are a great way to connect with people. Infare were gearing up to launch their brand new, high impact ‘online hangouts’ with fresh and engaging promotional content to invite their customers to participate.

STRATEGIC OBJECTIVE

Infare wanted to continue to reinforce
their strong brand awareness within the airline industry, maintaining brand salience and loyalty along the way. In addition to this, boosting their product promotion and adoption and strengthening the support
of their sales cycle was incremental to
the campaign strategy, as well as engaging existing customers in an innovative and inspirational way.

OUR APPROACH

We used our years of experience of working with the fantastic Infare team to support the launch of their campaign.

 

The name, ‘Open Door’, was already provided by the customer – evoking a warm invitation to their customers to
step inside the world of Infare – a great message for us to use as a basis to develop friendly and inspiring teaser videos and header banners.

BUSINESS RESULTS

With an exceeded achievement of registration and attendance, the event was a success. 100% of the survey voters have said they are looking to join the next event, which DMA will be supporting soon.
