CHALLENGE
We helped Infare to increase brand
awareness to key customers with a
high-impact, memorable direct mailing
campaign. Communication needed to
inform customers of Infare’s latest changes
and developments, while highlighting their
long-standing leadership in air travel data
collection and pricing intelligence.

STRATEGIC OBJECTIVE
Aim of communication was to help
the Infare sales team establish new
connections for future sales.
The communication needed to align with new Brand and Visual ID guidelines that DMA finalised with the Marketing team.

OUR APPROACH
We developed a creative concept to
encourage customers to ‘look again’ at Infare and the value they can bring to an airline. Infare has grown exponentially in recent years collecting more and better data, developing more products and all with a stronger, more diverse team. Each customer received a personalised mailing package with a selection of eye-catching materials. We also created a digital campaign for LinkedIn, driving traffic to a specially created campaign landing page.
