CHALLENGE
ONO needed to launch their new
brand in Spain. How could they build
significant new business versus the
incumbent telecoms giants?
STRATEGIC OBJECTIVE
For a number of years, we managed
all the brand development for ONO
(the only telecoms competitor to
Telefónica at that time). During this
period, ONO went from zero to 2
million homes connected, - roughly 6
million people, in a period of 10 years.
OUR APPROACH
We were the lead consultancy on
developing the brand and delivering
multiple design projects and
customer communication, including
commercial promotions.
BUSINESS RESULTS
In the period that we worked for
ONO, they grew to reach 2 million
connected households in Spain.
Through their successful growth in
a short period ONO was bought by
Vodafone in 2015.
