CHALLENGE

Cybersecurity, phishing and digital brand protection are a growing threat for all businesses. As a leader in the provision of comprehensive online brand protection services, Safenames faced the challenge of educating and engaging their target audience of these very real business issues that require immediate attention. Safenames solutions and services combat serious potential criminal breaches and strengthen companies’ digital brand security with sophisticated technology and a 
human touch in service delivery.

STRATEGIC OBJECTIVE

To develop a series of educational/promotional videos and create awareness for Safenames with key legal, marketing and IT target markets. Safenames chose to work with DMA Partners to develop the project; build their brand reputation and boost sales for their suite of products and services.

OUR APPROACH

We developed a new isometric animation style and integrated a serious but friendly tone with
easy-to-understand visuals aligned with the newly launched Safenames brand visual identity. Given that the content had to cover potentially complex technical explanations within just 2 minutes, the scripts had to be concise yet informal, cutting out jargon while still showing expertise.

BUSINESS RESULTS

The video series has led to increased digital engagement and interest in the solutions as well as positive feedback from the customer. Safenames have successfully increased their sales pipeline of potential new customers for 2021 and beyond.
