SERIOUS BUSINESS ISSUES REQUIRE EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION
GLOBAL INTERNAL COMMUNICATION FOR
GROUP LEGAL FUNCTION

CHALLENGE
We have worked closely with Smiths Group to develop creative concepts, messaging and content for a series of internal comms across the Smiths Group Legal Function. Events and materials were rolled out across multiple locations including APAC, Europe, Middle East and North America, giving Smiths
widespread exposure.
STRATEGIC OBJECTIVE
Aim of communication was to increaseproximity with the Legal team and raise awareness of several key initiatives through a range of channels and media, with support by senior members of the company to spread the message and direct employees to further information.
OUR APPROACH
We worked on a series of visual approaches and communication campaigns in line with Smiths Brand guidelines to make the messaging stand out. Assets included video interviews and animation, newsletters, sales presentations, infographics,
blog articles, events strategy, coordination and production, as well as office materials.
BUSINESS RESULTS
Increased exposure to the Smiths Group Legal Function and awareness of business critical issues that require participation and understanding of all company employees.
