CHALLENGE

The Security Company delivers behavioural change and Cybersecurity awareness programmes for businesses, mainly financial services in the UK and US. Their bespoke training solutions boost employee cybersecurity awareness to ensure that organisations are as secure as possible in the fight against cyber threats. DMA Partners worked with
The Security Company to reenergise and relaunch their industry-expert newsletter, The Insider, aimed at a target audience of CISOs (Chief Information Security Officers).

STRATEGIC OBJECTIVE

The key goal was to generate more interest, increase interaction and position the company as thought leaders. This involved expanding the subscriber list and connecting with customer pain points, prompting them to get in touch for more information and inspiring behavioural change.

OUR APPROACH

We built on the existing branded design template to prepare for relaunch, providing visual design change, extensive ideas generation and written content support. This included new interactive elements, such as a quiz. All written articles have also been repurposed to provide important content on the company’s website, www.thesecuritycompany.com

BUSINESS RESULTS

The newly launched newsletter saw a phenomenal 50% increase in click throughs compared to previous issues.
