CHALLENGE

THETA is a specialist consultancy in the

area of digital transformations. It has a

strong track record in large scale customer

success stories especially in the travel,

finance and manufacturing sectors. But

the market is crowded and fragmented.

THETA chose to work with DMA Partners to

sharpen their brand identity and refocus

their communication.

STRATEGIC OBJECTIVE

The focus was clear, - to simplify

communication and make sure that

THETA’s very unique capabilities come

across clearly in sales and customer

communication, through every channel,

online and offline.

OUR APPROACH

We started the project with a short but

highly effective workshop with the THETA

management team to define their unique

story and value proposition. Based on the

findings we crafted a potent one-page

brand story to encapsulate THETA’s offer to

the market, - a story that is both practical

and inspiring like THETA itself!

After that we provided a series of highimpact, fast delivery quick wins to refresh the THETA website, improve sales materials, - all including a new strapline, ‘Seeing the future, taking you there’ to communicate what the consultancy does for its clients.

The response from the THETA team,

their customers and prospects has been

incredibly enthusiastic. They were recently

accepted as a Monaco Economic Board

Blue Fund partner off the back of this new

positioning and revitalised communication!
